Later this afternoon at Northern Voice 2011 I will be presenting a panel with Raul Pacheco on “Communities that Rock: Creating Kick-Ass Online Communities.”

The topic is a large one, more than we can easily cover in a 45-minute session. To that end, Raul and I decided to co-author an e-book that would build upon our session. The e-book will be far more detailed than our talk, but is also built as a stand-alone book for people interested in learning how to build an effective community online.
