Aiden Goes Bilingual

Aiden’s grandmother, aka Babby, speaks to Aiden primarily in Spanish. She’s the only one who does so, and she sees Aiden usually just one time per week. Despite that, Aiden clearly understands what she’s saying. He’ll follow instructions given in Spanish. This week, he spoke his first Spanish word, out of the blue:

In the bath, Aiden looked down and said “Agua” for water. He’s had trouble saying water, so I guess he opted for Spanish to communicate. A-ok by me!
